[Resolved] The Salesforce incident that was preventing users from logging into the Salesforce platform and affecting a small subset of customers' use of the Natterbox service has been resolved. Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working to resolve the problem. We will update our status page with further details as our investigation progresses.
