Description

Following our recent announcement, the latest Natterbox for Salesforce package (version 1.367) is now available. To align with new Salesforce security standards, you must install a prerequisite package before upgrading. CRITICAL: To prevent any disruption or system downtime, you must complete the following steps in order. Important Note for Customers on Older Versions: If your current Natterbox package is older than version 1.336, you must complete an additional security update before proceeding with the steps below. Please review the preliminary steps detailed in our upgrade documentation before you begin. What you need to do Step 1: Install the Prerequisite Package First, install the new Natterbox SFUI Resources package. When prompted during the installation, please ensure you select Install for All Users. This is a mandatory manual step required before you can upgrade the main package. Step 2: Upgrade the Main Natterbox Package Once the prerequisite is installed (and you have completed any preliminary security updates if required), you can upgrade your main Natterbox package to version 1.367 as usual.
